Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your Herbal Habits purchase, you can return it for a refund, replacement, or exchange. Items must be returned within 5 days of purchase and in resalable condition. Note that Oils and Soaps are not refundable.

Once an order has been shipped and there is a delivery confirmation, Herbal Habits is not responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address. It is the responsibility of our customers to verify billing and delivery information before placing the order. We will pursue a claim with UPS or USPS on behalf of Herbal Habits if we are found negligent with any errors that our Company incurred.

Successful claims can take anywhere from 1 week to 6 months. However, there is no guarantee that UPS or USPS will accept our claim.

Once we have received and processed the returned item(s), we will notify you via email of your refund. In most cases, we will issue a refund in the same form of payment used for your original order.

If you receive an item that is damaged, missing a component, or in some other way defective, please return at once and contact Herbal Habits at (732)977-3265 and let us know your reason for returning the product.
